Sharon Neilson has been a professional face painter, clown, and balloon sculptor for over 20 years. She owns Changing Faces, an entertainment/party service company with multiple award-winning artists, serving the northern Utah area. She has competed in various competitions, winning first places for her innovative face painting designs and for master balloon artistry.
